Clet Abraham
French painter and sculptor Clet Abraham has redefined the notion of Street Art, adding his personal and independent touch to the movement. His alterations of road signs aim to question the notion of obedience without ever distorting the traffic signal’s original function. Using stickers to add to the panels, his work creates a thought provoking dialogue in the most whimsical and unusual way. Abraham’s hacked road signs can be found in cities like Florence, New York and Osaka.
